We can offer our services in two areas of professional analyses.

The first area is related to regional development and innovation policy. We offer elaborating of analyses concerning regional innovation systems, including analyses aimed at the evaluation of factors and barriers influencing regional innovation performance. The results can serve as groundwork for more efficient decisions of innovation policy makers. We also deal with the implementation of innovation policy (innovation strategy and supportive tools) and we can provide e.g. evaluation of implemented measures, proposals for modification of existing measures or proposals for creating new supportive mechanisms for innovation development.

The second area is related to analyses conducted at corporate level. We offer diagnoses in the field of innovation management, evaluation of business innovation performance, and implementation of innovation management methods. The activities can be processed individually or as a whole and they can lead to a design of a comprehensive in-house innovation management system.
