We are open to cooperation in the framework of research projects focused on regional innovation systems, measurement of regional disparities in the field of innovation, evaluation of regional and national innovation performance, and evaluation of strengths and weaknesses of regions for development of innovation in their territory. We also deal with innovation policy and its tools for the enhancement of innovation performance. We are knowledgeable in tools that are used in Czech regions as well as those implemented at the national level. We are of the opinion that it is necessary to follow international trends if we want to make a successful innovation policy.

In the framework of research aimed at corporate level, we can offer cooperation in the area of factors influencing business innovation performance with respect to sectors and national culture. We also deal with the measurement of innovation performance at in-house level. We are interested in relations between company innovation capabilities and performance. We are also interested in mechanisms through which the high level of performance is reflected in long-term success and sustainability of firms.

We consider the innovation issues to be wide-ranging and we believe that the multidisciplinary approach is a prerequisite for their research. Therefore, we would like to extend our activities into areas which we have not been engaged in up to now and we welcome new colleagues among ourselves.
